Ramon came by this morning with a package for me and Ryan. We had it sent to his house since it would be much faster than waiting on mail from Hugo. Thanks for the special delivery, Ramon!
The package contained two new Steve & Ryan jumpsuits, one for Tatiana and one for Pete. Thank you to Katie Harmke for getting the jumpsuits embroidered, and many thanks as well to the members of the John Ringling North II/Steve & Ryan tent for footing the bill.
That was very generous and you didn't have to do it. Thank you guys and gals for everything you do for us!
In addition to the jumpsuits, Katie sent along a Valentine for Nico and a bag of salty oatmeal raisin cookies that are popular in Washington DC.
Ryan's not normally a cookie person, but he was having a love affair with these. I had to make him promise to share them with the rest of his family.
In the second show I spotted Rick Purdue and his wife in the audience. Rick is going to be with us for awhile taking photos for the program.
I can't wait to see his work. He always does an incredible job!
Ryan goes back into the show completely tomorrow, so tonight was my last time doing the chair gag.
I have had a lot of fun with the act, and the audiences seem to really enjoy it. Still, my body is rejoicing that it will get a break from sliding out of a metal folding chair for awhile.
Nico seems to be doing well. Naturally he hates taking his nasty tasting medicine, but in several days he should as good as new!
Thank you everyone for your well wishes!
