"We Love Kelly Miller. This Is Our Fifth One"- Woman At Intermission

Thursday, July 25: Middlefield, OH-4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Today I tried making a new pasta sauce. Ryan gave me a recipe for vodka sauce, and yesterday when I was at Walmart he talked me through all the ingredients I needed to buy.
It turned out alright, but next time I'm going to use a little less olive oil and a lot less vodka. *hiccup*

Jerry Jacobson came back to visit today. He watched the first show, and then in between performances he showed me and Ryan some photos from his scrapbooks.
Ryan and I had a good time picking Jerry's brain about clowns he worked with and gags he saw in his career.

We had another great audience for the 7:30 show; the people were so nice when we went out for Intermission as well.
Middlefield is definitely one of the towns I'm going to miss next year.

In conclusion, here's a great article on Jeremiah Cook, who runs the Kelly Miller cookhouse this year:

Thanks for posting the link to the cookhouse story. Well deserved praise for Jeremiah. By the way, the recipe from the Red Nose Cookbook for Big Apple Circus Ladies' Night Chevre was one of the ones that my wife Jan contributed to the book. We never would have seen it in print without your link!
